Walter Smith, RA, is a Senior Project Manager at CBRE, where they manage commercial office and infrastructure projects for Morgan Stanley's North American operations, including projects exceeding $350 million. With extensive experience in Construction Management and Real Estate, their previous roles include Executive Managing Director at Colliers International and Executive Vice President at RXR Realty. Walter founded Smith Consulting, providing best practices for operations and construction for notable clients in New York City.
