Federica Pedroni

Federica Pedroni has extensive work experience in the field of workplace management and project management. Federica started their career at Gruppo Norman as an Asset Management Assistant Business Analyst in 2008. Federica then worked at Micheletti Associati srl as a Junior Project Manager from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Project Manager, where they provided strategic advisory services and oversaw projects from design to completion. In 2018, Federica joined CBRE Italy as a Senior Project Manager and Workplace Specialist, taking on responsibilities related to workplace strategy, employee accommodation, and cost reduction. In 2019, they were promoted to Associate Director of Project Management at CBRE Italy. Federica currently holds the position of Head of Workplace at CBRE Italy, where they lead the planning and design of innovative and sustainable office spaces.
