This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Key team members, such as the Assistant Project Manager and the Head of Project Management, collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives. Additionally, the Transaction Manager facilitates seamless execution of transactions within the MENA and Pakistan regions, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for clients.
