Karol Nowak

Karol Nowak has extensive experience in property management and key account management. Karol currently holds the position of Associate Director and Key Account Manager at CBRE Poland, where they have been working since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CBRE as a Senior Property Manager from April 2018 to May 2022. Before joining CBRE, Karol worked as a Property Manager at EPP from December 2015 to March 2018. Karol also has experience as a Director of CH at Echo Investment from February 2014 to December 2015. Karol's earlier career includes roles as an On-site Manager at JLL from May 2012 to November 2013, and at King Sturge Sp. z o. o. from February 2011 to November 2013. Karol also served as a Director of CH at NAI Estate Fellows from February 2010 to June 2013.

Karol Nowak's education history includes obtaining a Magister (Mgr) degree in Sociology from the University of Gdansk. Additionally, they pursued postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management and Real Estate Brokerage at Studium Kształcenia Kadr, Oddział w Toruniu, from 2010 to 2011.
