Previously, Pedro held the position of Civil Engineer - Project and Construction Manager at Enescoord Lda from February 2017 to September 2021 and worked as a Civil Engineer at Grupo Ferpinta in 2015-2016. Pedro's early career includes roles such as University Researcher at TecMinho and Civil Engineer - Supervisor at AdRA - Águas da Região de Aveiro. Pedro possesses a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade do Minho and an Executive Course in Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
