Pedro Pereira is an experienced professional in the retail and asset management sectors, currently serving as the UBBO Shopping Resort Manager at CBRE Portugal since January 2019. In this pioneering role, Pedro oversees organizational, patrimonial, and commercial aspects of the shopping center, fostering strong relationships across various retail departments to enhance the commercial mix. Prior to this, Pedro held the position of Deputy Manager at Dolce Vita Tejo with Inogi Asset Management S.A., where responsibilities included budget control, financial analysis, and operational processes. Pedro began a career at IKEA Group, progressing through roles such as Controller, Staff Planner, and Accountant, focusing on financial reporting and staff management. Pedro holds a Licenciatura in Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
