Lalit Thitipaisal

Lalit Thitipaisal serves as the Sustainability Associate Director at CBRE Thailand, overseeing a team of consultants focused on green building certification and sustainability initiatives. Previously, Lalit held the position of Senior Green Building Consultant at SCG, managing consultancy services for office and hospital projects. Lalit’s career includes a significant tenure at Meinhardt Group, where responsibilities ranged from leading the Environmentally Sustainable Design Department to serving as a green building consultant and environmentally sustainable designer. Lalit’s early experiences include engineering internships and roles at various firms in areas such as renewable energy and environmental engineering. Lalit holds multiple master’s degrees in Environmental Engineering Technology from institutions such as Ecole des Mines de Nantes and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
