Ciaran Bird

Ciaran Bird is an experienced professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Divisional President of Advisory Services for CBRE UK and Ireland since December 2005. Appointed managing director in January 2013, Ciaran has driven the vision of CBRE to be the leading integrated real estate firm. Previously, Ciaran led the UK Retail Division at CBRE, managing over 200 staff across various retail services. Prior experience includes roles at Dalgleish as Head of Southern High Street Agency and a Retail Agent, as well as a professional rugby player for London Irish Rugby Club. Ciaran's career in real estate began in 1987 at Fletcher King, progressing through positions including trainee roles at Clive Lewis & Partners and Fletcher King.
