Emma Stratton

Emma Stratton is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Senior Director at CBRE UK since July 2023. Previously, Emma held various positions at Cushman & Wakefield from March 2010 to July 2023, including Partner and Director of the Life Science Agency, where strategic real estate advice was provided to health and life sciences companies and landlords. Emma Stratton holds a Master’s degree in Estate Management from London South Bank University and a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in History from Newcastle University.
