Gareth Griffiths

Gareth Griffiths is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and cost management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Director at CBRE UK since November 2017, Gareth previously held the role of Director focused on Commercial Fit Out, Project, and Cost Management. Prior to this position, Gareth worked at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure from June 2008 to November 2017 as Associate Director of Project Management and Senior Project Manager. Additionally, Gareth began a career at Capita Symonds as a Project Manager from March 2003 to June 2008. Gareth holds educational qualifications from the University of Greenwich and Longfield Upper School.
