Matt Hopwood

Matt Hopwood is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Senior Director at CBRE UK since June 2012, with a progressive career at the same company that includes roles as Director, Associate Director, and Senior Surveyor. Prior to CBRE UK, Matt worked as a Property Valuer at Pinders from September 2007 to May 2012, focusing on valuations within the Retail, Leisure, and Hospitality sectors. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Dematic, where business improvement strategies were developed, and as a Housing Executive for the Welsh Government, responsible for budget development and proposal analysis for affordable housing. Matt holds an MSc in International Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University and a BScEcon (Hons) in Sociology and Criminology from Cardiff University.
