Nick Knight

Nick Knight has over two decades of experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Managing Director at CBRE UK since September 1998 and previously holding the position of Executive Director in Valuation Advisory Services. In November 2023, Nick Knight took on the role of Chair of the Valuation Professional Group Panel at RICS, contributing to the Knowledge and Practice Committee to enhance surveying practices. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Surveyor at Gerald Eve from 1994 to 1998. Nick Knight holds a Diploma in Surveying, Real Estate from The College of Estate Management, earned between 1994 and 1997, and a BA (Hons) in Politics from Durham University, obtained from 1990 to 1993. Education was also completed at Wellington College from 1984 to 1989.
