Nikhita Patel

Nikhita Patel has over seven years of experience in the real estate and consulting industries, currently serving as the Insight & Strategy Lead for Industrial and Logistics at CBRE UK since November 2019. In addition to this role, Nikhita also co-leads the REACH Network Community and has held several positions at CBRE, including Senior Analyst and Research Analyst. Prior to joining CBRE, Nikhita worked at PwC UK in the Accounting Consulting Services as an Associate and gained experience in the Actuarial sector. Nikhita holds a degree in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Liverpool and completed high school at Watford Grammar School for Girls. Nikhita is also self-educated in various relevant subjects.
