Peter York

Peter York is currently the Co-Head of London Met & South East and a Director at CBRE UK, where responsibilities include providing occupational advice to landlords and tenants regarding office space in the South East and Thames Valley. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Analyst at Dexion Capital, focusing on investment banking services for the asset management industry, and working as an Engineer with David Morris Motor Racing, assisting in vintage car restoration. Peter also gained project management experience at Sir Robert McAlpine through surveillance and quality checking, managing client relationships, and resolving disputes. Peter York holds a degree in Construction Project Management from Oxford Brookes University and completed A-levels in Geography, Design and Technology, and Sport and PE at Exeter School.
