Phil Schmid

Phil Schmid is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Senior Director at CBRE UK since February 2020, specializing in operational real estate transactions and funding. Schmid has been a Board Member at Tonic Housing since March 2021, contributing to the creation of inclusive urban retirement communities for LGBT+ individuals, and previously served as a Board Advisor from June 2016 to January 2021, aiding in the organization's establishment and initial property acquisitions.
