Colin Rosenbaum

Colin Rosenbaum has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Colin began their career as a Development Manager at R&B Development in 2007 and later worked as a Development Analyst at Youngwoo & Associates in 2012. In the same year, they also served as a Summer Analyst in Asset Management at Brookfield Properties.

In 2013, Rosenbaum joined Parkway Property Investments as a Vice President of Investments, where they completed acquisitions and dispositions totaling over $6 billion across the United States. Colin later became Managing Director of Investments at Parkway in 2018, overseeing office, life science, and industrial acquisitions, as well as capital markets activities.

Rosenbaum then joined Regent Properties in 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, leading acquisitions in Texas and the Southeast U.S. Before joining their current role, they worked at CBRE Investment Management as the Senior Director of Commercial Acquisitions, responsible for leading acquisitions in Texas, Colorado, and the Southeast U.S.

Throughout their career, Rosenbaum has demonstrated expertise in real estate acquisitions and has a strong track record in the industry.

Colin Rosenbaum holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Cum Laude, in Real Estate Development and Economics from Baruch College. Prior to attending Baruch College, Colin pursued Liberal Arts Studies at Binghamton University. However, specific start and end years for both institutions are not provided.
