Diane Wade has extensive work experience in the real estate investment industry. Diane began their career as a Research Analyst at Grubb and Ellis Company in 1990 and later worked as a Leasing Analyst at Barnes, Morris, Pardoe and Foster from 1992 to 1993. From 1993 to 1996, they served as the Assistant Director of Research at the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), where they aggregated financial data on publicly traded REITs. In 1996, Diane joined CBRE Investment Management Listed Real Assets, where they held various roles, including Senior Analyst and Principal. Their responsibilities included evaluating companies for investment potential, conducting financial modeling and analysis, and leading the firm's proxy voting and ESG efforts. Diane currently serves as the Head of Sustainability, Listed Securities at CBRE Investment Management Listed Real Assets.
Diane Wade pursued their education from 1986 to 1990 at Penn State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Real Estate from the College of Business Administration. In addition to their degree, they also hold the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, obtained from the CFA Institute in 2001. Recently, in July 2020, Diane obtained the Fundamentals of Sustainable Accounting (FSA) credential from the SASB - Sustainability Accounting Standards Board.
