Dominic Smith

Dominic Smith has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Dominic is currently serving as the Senior Director of Credit Research at CBRE Investment Management since March 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at CBRE, including Senior Director of Investment & Capital Advisors Research from January 2017 to January 2022, and Head of Real Estate Debt Analytics from August 2014 to December 2016.

Before joining CBRE, Dominic worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Strategy Director from February 2011 to July 2014, where they managed the non-core real estate exposure and developed macro-level deleverage strategy.
