Jeroen de Grunt

Jeroen de Grunt has had an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Jeroen began their career at Bouwfonds Asset Management in 2001, where they held various roles including Manager Structuring and Fund Manager. In 2007, they joined KPMG Corporate Finance as an Associate Director. Jeroen then moved on to Bouwinvest in 2010, where they served as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Asia/Europe. In 2014, they joined CBRE Investment Management as a Senior Portfolio Director for EMEA Separate Accounts. Jeroen later became the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for the Pan European Core Fund. Currently, they hold the role of Managing Director and Fund Manager for Europe Logistics Partners at CBRE Investment Management.

Jeroen de Grunt completed their Master's degree in Real Estate from Eindhoven University of Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 2001. Jeroen later pursued further education at INSEAD, completing the Young Managers Program (YMP), although the specific duration of their time at INSEAD is not provided.
