Kilian Toms

Kilian Toms has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2006 as a Financial Analyst Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

Kilian then worked at EY as a Real Estate and Media & Entertainment Auditing Analyst Intern in 2007, followed by a brief stint at Goldman Sachs as a Private Wealth Management MBA Associate.

In 2008, Kilian joined J.P. Morgan as part of their Real Estate Investment Banking team, where they stayed until 2010.

Kilian then moved to Landmark Partners, working in Real Estate Private Equity - Investments from 2011 to 2013, and returning to the company in 2015 until 2021.

During this time, Kilian co-founded Emerging America Investment Partners in 2015 and worked as a Co-Founder and Investor.

Kilian also worked as a Partner in Real Estate at Sera Global from 2021 to 2023.

Currently, Kilian is serving as the Managing Director and Global Fund Manager at CBRE Investment Management.

Kilian Toms completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate in Section I at Harvard Business School, from 2013 to 2015.
