Luca Pellegrini is a seasoned professional in real estate investments with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at CBRE Investment Management since August 2006, Luca has a proven track record in real estate asset valuation and management. Prior to this role, Luca worked as an Analyst at Pioneer Investments, specializing in real estate investments from February 2004 to July 2006, and at Reag - American Appraisal, providing counseling services in real estate funds from January 2003 to January 2004. Earlier career experiences include analyst positions at Fimit Spa and Moda 1to1, the latter being an online retailer for bespoke men’s suits. Luca's academic background includes a degree in General Management from Università Bocconi, obtained in 1999, along with foundational education at Liceo Scientifico GB Grassi.
