Maria Vennamo

Maria Vennamo has a diverse background in the real estate and investment industry. Maria started their career as an Investment Manager at Elina Pankkiiriliike Oy in 2009. Maria then moved on to Tuloskiinteistöt, where they worked as an International Relations Manager, focusing on Cushman&Wakefield and assisting international clients with their real estate needs in the Finnish market. In 2010, they joined YIT - Urban developer and construction company as an Account Relationship Manager, responsible for leasing and marketing new office premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Their role involved negotiations with anchor tenants and active participation in the planning and construction process of customers' new premises. Maria's most recent position is Investment Director at CBRE Investment Management, where they currently work.

Maria Vennamo obtained their Master's degree in Economics from the University of Helsinki, where they studied from 2002 to 2008.
