Nancy Muscatello

Nancy Muscatello has a comprehensive work history in the real estate and insurance industries. Nancy currently holds the position of Director, Americas Research at CBRE Investment Management. Previously, they worked at CoStar Advisory Services, where they held various roles including Managing Director, Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, and Senior Consultant. Nancy also gained experience at Property & Portfolio Research as a Senior Real Estate Economist and Real Estate Economist, as well as at AIG as a Commercial Casualty Underwriter.

Nancy Muscatello has an MBA degree in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
