Ronald Visser

Ronald Visser has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR leadership roles. Ronald is currently serving as the Head of People at CBRE Investment Management EMEA since September 2019, leading the HR function for 10+ countries in both Investment Management and Real Estate Development. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR for the UK Region at ING from October 2014 to August 2019. Ronald also has experience as the global HR Director for ING Wholesale banking and as an HR Business Partner for global Financial Markets at ING. Additionally, they have held HR positions at UD International, ABN AMRO / Bouwfonds, AOL Time Warner Inc, and Avalix.

Ronald Visser began their education at Oosterlicht college from 1983 to 1990. Ronald then attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1990 to 1994, earning a bachelor's degree in International Management. In 2013, they pursued Lean Six Sigma studies at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In 2014, Ronald participated in the HR Strategy Program at Cornell University. In 2015, they completed eCornell courses on Data Analytics / Big Data, also at Cornell University. From 2003 to 2009, Ronald studied Business Studies at IMD. Ronald returned to IMD in 2017 to pursue a Lifelong Executive Learning award in Orchestrating Winning Performance, which is still ongoing.
