Tsilah Burman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tsilah began their career in 1986 at TCW Realty Advisors/CB Richard Ellis Investors as a Partner/Senior Director, where they focused on marketing and managed the corporate communications group. Tsilah later became the Executive Director of organizations such as Rally to Save Ahmanson Ranch and New Schools Better Neighborhoods.

In 2004, Burman became the Executive Director of Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust, where they found vacant land for parks, secured funding, and increased individual and business fundraising. Tsilah then transitioned to Community Change Partners as Principal in 2009, where they focused on land use, government and community relations, and non-profit consulting.

In 2014, Burman joined CBRE Investment Management as the Vice President/Senior Director - Client Solutions, Global Head of RFP Team. Tsilah built and led a global team responsible for proposals and capital raising. Additionally, they held various positions within the company, including Vice President, Global Content, ESG, DE&I, GRESB and PRI Expert Writing and Reporting, where they built and led a global team responsible for ESG and DE&I content and completed over 1,000 projects annually.

Throughout their career, Burman showcased strong leadership, networking, and project management skills across multiple industries.

Tsilah Burman has a BA degree in Politics from Brandeis University. Tsilah also holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning, specifically MPl, from the University of Southern California. Their field of study for the Master's degree was City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. The duration of their studies at both universities is not specified.
