Ragini Chauhan

Ragini Chauhan is currently a CBREX Platform Adoption Consultant at CBREX. Prior to this, they were an Agile Product Manager/Talent Acquisition at Hexad GmbH from November 2019 to December 2020.

Ragini is a certified Scrum Master and has experience conducting Daily Scrum and Retrospective meetings for teams. Ragini also has Change Management experience. Additionally, Ragini has good experience in estimation, sprint tracking and achieving velocity.

At Hexad GmbH, Ragini was responsible for talent acquisition, which included conducting market research, talent mapping, pre-screening candidates, conducting HR interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Ragini was also responsible for designing offer and contract letters. Additionally, Ragini worked on social media marketing campaigns and was responsible for content writing.

Ragini was also responsible for employee engagement at Hexad GmbH. This included organizing virtual events and evaluating different solutions to employee problems. Overall, Ragini has a wealth of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing.
