Aaron Cooper

Aaron Cooper is an accomplished photojournalist and editor with extensive experience in broadcasting and journalism. Since December 2014, Aaron has worked at CBS News and WBBM | CBS Chicago, earning multiple Chicago/Midwest Emmy awards for outstanding news coverage. Previously, Aaron produced video content as a freelance photojournalist for Univision Communications Inc., where work included significant projects on pension and immigration reform. Aaron also served as a legal intern at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, contributing to intellectual property policy discussions and outreach programs. Education includes a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast News and Political Science from The University of Georgia. Awards and recognitions include an Associated Press award for documentary work and honors for coverage of major local events.
