Aliah Git is an accomplished supervising producer at CBS News since July 2013, where responsibilities include managing a substantial team, overseeing daily news-gathering, and copy editing scripts for broadcast. Prior to this role, Aliah Git served as a producer at CBS Newspath, handling dayside operations and coordinating news feeds, and worked as an editor for CBS MoneyWatch. Aliah Git’s extensive experience at CBS News dates back to 2002, holding various positions including executive editor and copy editor, managing network newscasts and producing breaking news reports. Aliah Git also has prior experience as an executive producer at iHeartRadio and has worked in multiple capacities at KFI Radio. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from the University of Southern California.
