Vince Pearson

Supervising Producer

Vince Pearson is a seasoned broadcasting professional with extensive experience in public radio. Since joining NPR in May 2006, Vince has advanced from Associate Producer to Supervising Producer, managing the production of notable programs such as Morning Edition and Up First, while overseeing story selection and live broadcasts. Previous roles at NPR include Producer III and Producer II, where responsibilities encompassed managing arts segments and music coverage. Prior to NPR, Vince worked as a freelance reporter, contributing to various public radio outlets and served as a reporter at KUER 90.1, focusing on statewide news and legislative coverage. Vince holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Lehigh University.
