David Begnaud

David Begnaud is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in broadcasting. Since 2014, David has served as a CBS News Contributor and Lead National Correspondent for CBS Mornings. Previous roles include Correspondent at Entertainment Tonight from June 2014 to June 2015 and Reporter positions at KTLA (2010-2012), KOVR-TV | CBS Sacramento (2007-2010), and KSLA TV (2005-2007). David began a broadcasting career as an Anchor, Reporter, and Host at KLFY TV 10 from 2001 to 2005. David earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2005. Early experiences in journalism commenced as a part-time reporter immediately after high school, leading to a weekday evening reporter position within three months.
