Arun Subash

Arun Subash has extensive experience in project management within the telecommunications industry. Arun currently works as a Project Manager at CBTS, where they are responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing all aspects of the project lifecycle. Arun develops and reviews scope requirements, publishes and monitors project schedules, and ensures timely, budgeted, and high-quality project delivery.

Prior to CBTS, Arun worked as a Project Manager at Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they supported Vodafone UK Ltd, managing and delivering telecom services remotely. Arun also planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed projects.

Before that, Arun worked as a Project Manager at Hexaware Technologies from 2017 to 2018. Here, they managed international telecom processes and handled customer requests from initial request to end delivery.

Arun's work experience also includes a role as a Customer Relations Officer at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from 2016 to 2017. In this role, they resolved customer incidents and tickets within the given SLA through calls and emails.

Arun Subash completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University. Arun studied at Anna University from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Arun Subash obtained Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
