Brian Hoffman

Brian Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. Brian began their career in 1993 as a Systems Engineer at Belcan, where they provided telephone support to a large company and installed and supported software packages. In 1995, they joined Entex Information Services as a Systems Engineer, where they coordinated the installation and configuration of various operating systems and provided technical support to salespersons and clients. Brian then worked as a Network Specialist at StarKist Co. from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they became a Senior Network Analyst at John Morrell & Co. before joining Cincinnati Bell in 2001 as a Unix Engineer. Brian held this role for 13 years until 2014, when they joined CBTS as a Problem Manager. In 2019, they transitioned into the role of a Service Management Tools Engineer III at CBTS. Overall, Brian Hoffman has gained extensive experience in systems engineering, network management, and problem management throughout their career.

Brian Hoffman completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science at the University of Kentucky from 1988 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career.
