Cdr Gabrielle Rinehart

Gabrielle Rinehart has had a diverse range of work experience. Gabrielle started their career as a Bartender at Frosty Bar during their summer breaks while attending the University of Dayton. Gabrielle worked there for a total of three summers, from 2015 to 2016 and then again in 2018. In 2018, they also joined Tailored Management as a Technical Recruiter, where they recruited senior and executive-level positions for Facebook across 12 offices in 7 states. Gabrielle developed the recruiting process, coached candidates, and achieved recruitment goals ahead of schedule. In 2020, Gabrielle became a Recruiter at Avita Health System, where they managed staffing needs for multiple hospital affiliates and recruited for various healthcare positions. Currently, they are working as a Corporate Recruiter at CBTS, where they are responsible for managing the recruitment process and providing proactive support to internal clients and hiring managers.

Gabrielle Rinehart, CDR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Gabrielle also holds a certification as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter, which they obtained from AIRS, an ADP company, in April 2023.
