Chris Hayes began their work experience in 2004 as a Sales Coordinator at United Rentals. In 2004, they also started working as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, Inc. Chris then moved on to Interactive Business Systems, Inc. (IBS) in 2007, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter handling IT staffing opportunities. In 2010, Chris joined CBTS as a Talent Acquisition Lead-Professional Services, where they managed recruitment for various technology roles.

Chris Hayes attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 1998 to 2003. Chris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing.
