Dan Baas has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dan started their career as a Data Entry Specialist at Spirit of America in 1997, followed by roles as a Help Desk Technician and IT Technician. Dan then became a Network Administrator and handled server administration and PBX systems. In 2000, they joined Market Intelligence Group as a Web Application Developer and later worked as a Data Analyst using SAS software. From 2003 to 2009, they worked as a Tier 2 Helpdesk Administrator at Alternative Resources Corporation. In 2009, they became self-employed as a Web Application Developer, working with clients to meet their design and functionality requirements. Dan also worked as a Delivery Driver at Seven Hills Logistics in 2021 and as a Mechanic at E-Z Rent-All from 2010 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Service Desk Analyst II at CBTS. Throughout their career, Dan Baas has gained experience in web development, analytical skills, customer service, technical support, and equipment rental.

Dan Baas attended Columbus State Community College from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Certificate in Business Management. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ (SY0-601) certification from LinkedIn in March 2023.
