James Dougherty

James Dougherty has over 30 years of work experience in the telecommunications field. James started their career as a Telecommunications Specialist at Great American Insurance, where they provided on-site support and deployment services. James then moved on to INC Research, where they were selected as the company's first Telecommunications Analyst. In this role, they managed and maintained the corporate phone systems, voice messaging systems, and analyzed telecommunications billing. James also supported telecommuting employees and worked with outside contractors on wiring projects. After working at INC Research for six years, they joined Luxottica Retail as a Telecommunications Analyst, where they continued to support and maintain the company's telecommunications infrastructure. Most recently, James has been working at CBTS as a Cisco VOIP II Engineer.
