Jennifer Jones has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Jennifer started their career as a Direct Account Manager at Nortel in 2005. Jennifer later became a Field Channel Manager, where they trained and certified Nortel partners. Jennifer achieved outstanding sales performance and was promoted to Regional Channel Account Manager. In 2008, Jennifer joined Windstream Communications as a Channel Manager, where they targeted and recruited qualified vendors and built the Channel Partner Program in Indiana. In 2013, they joined CBTS as a Strategic National Channel Manager, where they leveraged their expertise to provide technology solutions to enterprise clients.

Jennifer Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information and Communication Sciences at Ball State University, from 2004 to 2005.
