Kevin Prevatte

Director, Service Delivery, Cloud Operations at CBTS

Kevin Prevatte has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at American Greetings in 1994, where they worked for two years. Kevin then moved on to Thatcher Tubes as a Manufacturing Engineer for another two years.

In 1998, Kevin joined Hasbro as a Sales Analyst and worked there for three years. In 2001, they transitioned to CBTS as a Network Engineer, where they stayed for seven years. During their time at CBTS, they gradually progressed through the ranks and eventually became the Network Operations Manager for the GE account. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team that overlooks operations and incidents for more than 1500 global sites and 15,000 network devices.

In 2016, Kevin took on the position of Director of Global Incident Team at CBTS, where they served as the Global Incident Manager and Network Operations Director for the GE account. Kevin held this position until the end of 2016.

In 2017, Kevin became the Program Director for CBTS, a role they held for a year. Lastly, they assumed the position of Director of Service Delivery in Cloud Operations at CBTS, where they are currently responsible for managing services such as Managed Storage, Disaster Recovery, and Data Protection for Cloud Services customers.

Kevin Prevatte obtained their Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville, where they attended from 1989 to 1994.
