Kyle Kiepert has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kyle started their career in 2011 as a Helpdesk Manager at Petrochem Insulation, Inc, where they managed an internal help desk and provided desktop support and network troubleshooting. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Old Republic Home Protection, where they held multiple roles including System Engineer, System Administrator, and Helpdesk Analyst. In these roles, they managed MS Remote Desktop Service farms, planned and configured storage technologies, worked with Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Windows 10, and provided support to over 500+ users. From 2010 to 2012, Kyle attended ITT Technical Institute - Concord, where they obtained an Associates of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In January 2017, they obtained a certification as a VMware Certified Associate 6 - Data Center Virtualization from VMware.
