Michele DeLuca has over three decades of work experience in various roles in the sales and marketing field at different companies. Michele started their career at Cable & Wireless Communications as a Senior Account Representative. Michele then joined AT&T, where they held multiple positions such as Sales Manager, Account Consultant, Human Resources Assistant Manager, Sales Specialist, and Business Account Sales Manager. During their time at AT&T, Michele received accolades for their outstanding performance, including being a Master Sales Manager and achieving 198% of their goal.

After their tenure at AT&T, Michele joined lululemon as a Key Leader/Sales Manager. Michele successfully managed financial goals, developed a sales team, and ensured product placement and sell-through to meet corporate sales targets. Michele consistently exceeded the monthly financial plan.

Currently, Michele is working at CBTS. Michele started as a Senior Director of Marketing and Sales Strategy and was responsible for the operations and strategic planning of the Marketing Department in Michigan. Currently, they hold the position of Director-Partner Alliances (Security) at CBTS, where they continue to contribute to the company's success.

Michele DeLuca obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing from Western Michigan University, graduating between 1984 and 1988. Prior to that, Michele attended Divine Child School, but no further details about degree or field of study were provided for this period.
