Sandy Romero

Sandy Romero currently serves as the Manager of Corporate Recruitment at CBTS since September 2025, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Previously, Sandy held the position of Head of Corporate IT Recruitment at ABM Industries from October 2022 to August 2025 and worked as a Sr. Talent Manager at JDC Group from December 2020 to October 2022, as well as at Kforce Inc from March 2014 to November 2020. Sandy's expertise lies in recruiting and fostering partnerships with IT professionals and clients, particularly in the Greater Atlanta Area. Earlier experience includes a role as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half, where responsibilities encompassed high volume recruitment and client relations, alongside positions as an Assistant Buyer at Koko & Palenki, Inc. and a Sales Coordinator at Perry Ellis International. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Fashion Design from Miami International University of Art and Design.
