Yolanda Rivera

Yolanda Rivera's work experience includes serving as a Director of Information Technology Operations at ATI Physical Therapy since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CBTS as an Enterprise Service Delivery Manager starting in February 2021 and an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager starting in March 2016. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Service Delivery Manager at Insight. Yolanda's earliest work experience was as a Service Delivery Executive at SunGard Availability Services from 2003 to 2013.

Yolanda Rivera holds a degree in Forensic Psychology, with a Master of Arts (M.A.) from The Chicago School. Yolanda also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Yolanda has obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in October 2021.
