Head Of Research, Responsible Investments at Cbus Super Fund

Allison van Lint has extensive work experience in various research roles. Allison began their career as a Research Analyst at The Portland House Group Pty. Ltd. in 2000 and worked there until 2005. Allison then joined Harvard Medical School as a Research Fellow from 2005 to 2008. Allison worked at the Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society from 2009 to 2016, starting as a Project Officer and progressing to roles such as Senior Project Officer and CORE Project Lead. Allison was then employed at the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute as a WebSpirit Database Manager from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Allison works at Cbus Super Fund, where they have held various roles since 2017, including Senior Research Analyst for Global Equities, Head of Research for Global Equities, and currently holds the position of Head of Research for Responsible Investments.

Allison van Lint holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Melbourne. In addition to their Ph.D., they also obtained a Grad Cert in Business Management from Swinburne University of Technology in 2016 and completed a Project Management course at the Australian Institute of Management in 2013. For their undergraduate education, they earned a Science (Hons) degree with a focus on Immunology from the University of Melbourne from 1994 to 2000. Allison also completed an Arts degree from the same university, specializing in History and Criminology, from 1994 to 1999.
