Amanda Lisle

Amanda Lisle is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group Head of Employee Experience at Cbus Super Fund since June 2023. Previously, Amanda held various roles at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood from February 2022 to February 2023, including National Manager Talent Acquisition & Engagement, and had a long tenure from December 2010 to January 2021 as a Senior Specialist in Organisational Development and several other positions focused on Employee Relations and People & Culture. Earlier career experience includes HR advisory roles at Ofsted, Links of London, and WorkSafe Victoria, as well as a position in Human Resources Management at Accor. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology, completed from 2004 to 2007, and earned a South Australian Certificate in Education from Blackwood High School.
