Ciaran McBride

Ciaran McBride's work experience began in 2003 as a Retirement Benefits Consultant at Towers Watson. Ciaran then worked as an Investment Analyst at Mercer Investment Consulting from 2007 to 2009. McBride then joined APRA in 2009 as a Manager in the Specialised Institutions Division until 2012. Subsequently, they joined Cbus Super Fund in 2012 where they held multiple roles including Investment Manager, General Manager of Investment Risk and Performance, Head of Investment Analytics, and currently serves as the Head of Investment Option Management.

Ciaran McBride completed their MSci degree in Physics at Queen's University Belfast from 1997 to 2001. After that, they pursued Actuarial Science and obtained a Fellowship from the Institute of Actuaries (UK) between 2003 and 2008.
