Denita Wawn

Denita Wawn has extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director and Deputy Chair at Cbus Super Fund since December 2017, and as a Non Executive Director at the Council of Small Business Organisations Australia (COSBOA) since July 2024, Denita has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Operations at Master Builders Australia since January 2016. Other notable roles include Non Executive Director positions at the National Australia Day Council and Canberra Grammar School, as well as Chair of the Canberra Grammar School Foundation Ltd. Previous leadership roles include Chair of the Worldwide Brewing Alliance and Chief Executive Officer of the Brewers Association of Australia & New Zealand. Denita's educational background includes a degree in Arts/Law from the University of Tasmania and additional qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees.
