Jason O’Mara

Jason O’Mara has been CFMEU ACT President since 2018 and was the Assistant Secretary of the ACT branch for eight years. Prior to his CFMEU leadership roles Jason worked in construction in the ACT. He is also the current Chair of the ACT Work Health and Safety Council.

Jason is an ardent workplace safety campaigner and is experienced at reforming and managing organisations to lead to significant improvement in the lives and wellbeing of construction industry workers and their families.
