Kelly Goodwin possesses extensive legal expertise, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel - Investments at Cbus Super Fund since February 2020. Prior experience includes a significant role as Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons from February 2013 to February 2020, focusing on corporate finance, project finance, construction projects, property finance, and note issuances. Kelly began a legal career as a Paralegal at King & Wood Mallesons and undertook seasonal clerkship roles at Ashurst, Allens Linklaters, and Herbert Smith Freehills. Academically, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Monash University and completed secondary education at Vermont Secondary College.
