Mark Butterworth

Mark Butterworth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the superannuation and financial services sectors. Since November 2012, Mark has held multiple leadership roles at Cbus Super Fund, currently serving as the Group Head of Member Performance, with responsibilities encompassing operational oversight of third-party services, contract negotiations, commercial strategy, and board reporting. Prior to Cbus Super Fund, Mark was General Manager of Service Delivery at Guild Financial Services, where responsibilities included managing and growing corporate group accounts. Mark's career began in operations management roles in various organizations, including PrintSoft and Primary Superannuation Services, culminating in a strong background in business transformation and stakeholder engagement. Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology from Monash University, a Diploma in Superannuation from ASFA, and completed executive education at Kellogg on strategic alliances.
