Ramanan Sooriyakumar

Ramanan Sooriyakumar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity research and portfolio management. Currently a Senior Equity Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Cbus Super Fund since June 2016, Ramanan manages the internal global quality fund and emerging markets quality fund. Previous roles include Executive Director and Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where Ramanan led coverage of Australian listed packaging and agriculture companies, as well as sectors such as building materials and chemicals. Ramanan also served as an Equity Research Analyst at Merrill Lynch, focusing on Australian banks and industrials sectors, and worked as a research analyst at Amba Research covering a diverse range of global companies. Early career experience includes a Financial Analyst position at HSBC. Ramanan is a CFA Charterholder and a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with an Associate membership from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
